Position Overview:
The Manager of BD (Non-Employee Benefit) will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of Insure AIX’s market presence in the non-employee benefit sector. This position involves executing strategic business development initiatives, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Manager, Business Development (Non-Employee Benefit) and will have a dotted line reporting to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with Insure AIX’s global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets in the non-employee benefit sector to drive growth and expand Insure AIX’s market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assist the Senior Manager, Business Development (Non-Employee Benefit) in setting goals and objectives for the business development team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the development of high-quality proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing Insure AIX’s value proposition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions that meet client needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional qualifications in AI, insurance, or technology management is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the insurance or technology sectors, with a focus on non-employee benefits.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the insurance industry, particularly non-employee benefit products, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as knowledge of AI-powered solutions.
- Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
