Position Overview:
As the Executive Manager – Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to position ITCart as a market leader, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing cross-functional marketing campaigns, overseeing brand development, and leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize impact and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Collaborate with leadership to define short-term and long-term marketing goals and roadmaps.
- Brand Management
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and design consistency across all platforms.
- Ensure the creation of compelling and on-brand marketing assets, including visuals, videos, and written content.
- Strengthen brand visibility through targeted campaigns and innovative approaches.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Leverage insights to shape marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
- Drive lead generation efforts through SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure ROI and improve campaign performance.
- Content and Communication
- Develop a strong content strategy, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials.
- Lead storytelling initiatives to communicate the company’s vision and successes effectively.
- Work with PR and media to build ITCart’s brand reputation and visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and presentations that drive client engagement.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization
- Design and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize for continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports for leadership, outlining progress, success metrics, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
- Strategic Marketing Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Digital Proficiency: Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
- Content Creation: Strong ability to develop content strategies and manage content across platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in interpreting marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance.
- Brand Management: Strong understanding of brand positioning and marketing communications.
- Collaboration: Excellent leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
