Position Overview:
The Claim Executive will play a vital role in managing and processing insurance claims at Insure AIX. This position involves coordinating with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim settlements. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager of Insurance Operations / Service and will have a dotted line reporting to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with Insure AIX’s global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claim Management: Handle the end-to-end claims process, including claim registration, documentation, and follow-up with insurers.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
- Insurer Liaison: Work closely with insurers / TPA to ensure timely processing and settlement of claims.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to the claims process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all claims processes comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the insurance operations, underwriting, and customer service teams to ensure seamless claim processing and service delivery.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. Additional qualifications in insurance claims management is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims management, with a focus on end-to-end claims processing.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of insurance claims processes, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
