Position Overview: 

The Assistant to the Co-Founder & Global CTO will serve as a vital part of the CTO’s office, handling both executive and administrative responsibilities with precision, professionalism, and a proactive attitude. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional with a stellar academic background in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar, looking to make their mark in a dynamic and innovative environment. Also, for fresh graduates starting as a paid internship, the role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on performance. 

The role demands exceptional communication, organizational, and social media skills, along with the ability to represent the CTO’s office confidently and professionally in all engagements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Executive and Strategic Support 
  • Collaborate with the CTO in strategic planning and assist in executing high-impact initiatives. 
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare insightful reports to support executive-level decision-making. 
  • Represent the CTO’s office in professional communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a polished, consistent, and authoritative voice. 
  1. Administrative and Office Management 
  • Oversee the CTO’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and ensure efficient time management. 
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transport, to align with business objectives. 
  • Prepare agendas, documentation, and presentations for meetings, ensuring thorough follow-ups and tracking of action items. 
  1. Social Media and Digital Presence Management 
  • Enhance and manage the CTO’s professional presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter. 
  • Develop content, engage with followers, and leverage social media insights to promote the CTO’s initiatives. 
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment in online representation. 
  1. Communication and Relationship Management 
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. 
  • Act as a liaison between the CTO and various internal/external contacts, managing inquiries and fostering effective relationships. 
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, ensuring trust in all communications. 
  1. Project and Task Coordination 
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of projects within the technology and operations departments. 
  • Track timelines, manage milestones, and coordinate with teams to ensure seamless project flow and successful delivery. 
  • Support the CTO in both personal and professional commitments, including task prioritization and agenda setting. 
  1. Expense Management and Record Keeping 
  • Track and reconcile expenses, maintaining accurate financial records. 
  • Assist in managing and organizing documentation and records to ensure smooth operational flow and timely access to information. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in executive support, office management, or social media coordination are encouraged to apply. 
  • Professional Presence: Poised, articulate, and capable of representing the CTO’s office confidently in all professional settings. 
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a keen eye for detail in editing and presentation. 
  • Social Media Acumen: Familiarity with social media management, content development, and engagement strategies. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and social media management tools. Comfort with technology is essential for adapting to new tools.

Internship and Training Period (Freshers): 
This role will begin with a 6-month internship and training period, designed to allow the candidate to learn directly from the Co-Founder & Global CTO, absorb industry knowledge, and develop critical skills. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
