Position Overview:
The Manager – Placement Employee Benefit will play a crucial role in managing and expanding Insure AIX’s placement services for employee benefits. This position involves leading the placement team, managing client relationships, and collaborating with insurance carriers to secure the best benefits packages for our clients. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Director and will have a dotted line reporting to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with Insure AIX’s global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the placement team, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurers and understanding clients’ needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our placement services.
- Placement Negotiations: Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure the best possible employee benefit packages for our clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making.
- Proposal Development: Develop high-quality proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing Insure AIX’s value proposition in employee benefits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the business development, product development, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions that meet client needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all placement activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional qualifications in insurance or employee benefits is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits, placement services, or a related role within the insurance or broking sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of employee benefits, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as knowledge of AI-powered solutions in the insurance industry.
- Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

- Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on long-term partnerships.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
