Position Overview:
The Senior Executive – Insurance Operations will play a key role in supporting the insurance operations and service delivery at Insure AIX. This position involves assisting the insurance operations manager in policy binding, coordinating with insurers for additions, deletions, endorsements, and ensuring seamless policy issuance processes. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager of Insurance Operations / Service and will have a dotted line reporting to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with Insure AIX’s global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our insurance services.
- Policy Binding: Support the binding of policies and manage additions, deletions, and endorsements after policy issuance.
- Insurer Coordination: Follow up with insurers to ensure timely processing of policy changes and endorsements.
- Process Optimization: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the claims, underwriting, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. Additional qualifications in insurance or operations management are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations, with a focus on policy binding, additions, deletions, and endorsements.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of insurance operations, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
